Lactose intolerance - It was no doubt the efficacy of milk for health. Health experts have long recognized the important nutritional milk for the body. Unfortunately, not everyone can consume milk that was delicious.
Some people experience a sense of heartburn, bloating, and diarrhea after drinking a glass of milk or foods made from milk products. This phenomenon is also called the lactose intolerant.

Lactose intolerance occurs when our body can not digest lactose, a natural sugar component contained in dairy products. This inability can be caused by a lack or inability of the body to produce lactase, which is one of the digestive enzymes produced by cells in the small intestine break down sugar in charge of milk into a form that is easier to be absorbed into the body. This condition is called also deficiency of lactase deficiency.

Symptoms of lactose intolerance can be mild, but can also cause sufferers to be hospitalized. Although there is no cure to overcome this condition, but a lot of things you can do to avoid the appearance of this disorder.
