If you're a teenager, acne is unfortunately a natural part of the transition from childhood to adulthood. . In any case, your skin is too much sebum, an oily liquid, thick blocks up the pores.While things like chocolate and soda often get blamed for acne, more than any imbalance occurs. In other words, nutrition and hygiene play a role in reducing the epidemic. Stress is another factor, a huge role in both adolescents and adults can play. Learn how you stress under control to help you in many ways, including the reduction of acne outbreaks.
1-Mix one tea spoon of ground ginger into a cup of hot water and drink as a tea twice daily. Ginger reduces inflammation making it one of the great acne home remedies.
2-Tea tree oil is an inexpensive essential oil and has been shown to be as effective as Benzoyl peroxide and is a natural antimicrobial making it another one of the great acne home remedies.
3-Rub fresh garlic on and around pimples. Pimples will disappear without a mark with regular applications.
4-Mix 1 tablespoon groundnut oil,1 tablespoon fresh lime juice to prevent formation of blackheads and acne.
5-Ground drumstick pods and leaves and mix mixed with fresh lime juice, and apply on pimples. This is also good for blackheads and dark spots.
6-Apply juice of raw papaya (including the skin and seed) on swelling pimples or acne.
7-Apply fresh lime juice mixed to a glass of boiled milk as a face wash for pimples, blackheads, and cracked skin.Mix lime juice and rose water in equal portions. Apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
