Blame global warming or pollution, there is ignoring the droplets of sweat collecting at the nape of your neck every morning , it is summer time and you need to take care of your skin.
1-Cleanse your skin with a light cleansing milk of mild face wash. Thrice a week use exfoliating scrub.
2-Use seasonal fruits as facial masks because they are economical and make excellent moisturizers
3-crush grapes and use it on your skin. Grapes are high on vitamins and minerals and reduce wrinkles around your eyes and mouth
4-Mash a or a few piece of watermelon, add a teaspoon of milk power, half teaspoon of honey and two drops of orange essential oil to it. Apply this paste on your face and let it dry for 20 minutes, rinse it with cold water.
5-Take a cup of buttermilk and a few drops of jasmine oil to your bath to tighten pores.
6-Mix two teaspoons of salt , 1 and half teaspoons of coconut oil and half a teaspoon of vinegar and apply to body before taking bath. Add two drops of lavender essential oil to mask the pungent smell of vinegar.
7-To soothe a sunburn use a head to toe yogurt mask. Leave it on for 10 minutes then shower under cold water , it brings quick relief
8-Rub ice cubes on your pulse points to feel an instant energy boost.
