Fasting Tips for Ulcer Patient

Fasting is a duty for every Muslim. However, what about the people with an ulcer?

Ulcer disease is a disorder caused due to lax in regulating the diet. Due to this, the patient must bear the pain in the stomach when the disease appears.

While the month of Ramadan, Muslims must fasting. Whether Is it safe for people with ulcers to run fast?

Here are some fast tips that can be done for people with stomach ulcers:

Eat Regularly

Do not forget to eat according to the nutrients it needs at dawn, breaking with ta'jil, and a complete meal after praying.

Fatty and Spicy

Avoid a lot of fat consumption when breaking and dawn. In addition, people with ulcers should also avoid spicy foods when breaking the fast.

Gas-containing Foods and Coffee

Foods usually contain high gas could trigger a recurrence of ulcer. Therefore avoid gaseous foods and vegetables, such as cabbage and mustard. Also avoid high consumption of caffeine such as coffee drinks.
