Exfoliate Skin Naturally

How to Exfoliate Your Skin Naturally
Here are the steps to exfoliate your skin naturally.

Wet the area that is to be exfoliated, with lukewarm water. Avoid very cold or very hot water.

Dampen a synthetic scrub, loofah or scrubbing sponge with which you'll be exfoliating the skin.

Mix the ground rice and the essential oil together, so that the rice does not coagulate. Then add the lemon juice and apply the mixture on your face in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water once done.

Orange and Oatmeal Scrub
This is a body exfoliant. Orange essential oil will have a toning effect on the body skin. To make this scrub you will need 2 tbsp of bran, 2 tbsp of ground oatmeal, 1 tsp lemon juice and 5 drops of pure orange essential oil. Mix all the ingredients together and keep it aside for a couple of hours before using it. Apply on the body in a circular motion and rinse well. Follow up with a good moisturizer. Sugar and Olive Oil
This is the best scrub of the entire body, including the face. This is the cheapest way of making a skin exfoliant at home. For this, you will need 2 tbsp of virgin olive oil and organic white sugar. Mix the two ingredients until they become a thick paste. Rub the paste in a circular motion on the body parts and rinse well. This will make your skin feel supple within minutes.

Fruit Scrub
The natural alpha hydroxy acids contained in fruits are a great help in restoring radiance on the skin. Mash half a cup of papaya and strawberries together. Add a tablespoon of yogurt and mix it well. Put the pack on your face and let it settle for 15-20 minutes. While scrapping it off, rub it a little, with moist hands.
