Then you mix the straw berry with the baking soda. Next you take a small toothbrush and spread it over your teeth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Now you rinse your mouth out with a handful of water and brush your teeth with toothpaste. You can apply once a week. Then you should start to see results fast!
