Honey and vinegar are known for their multitude of vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids. Read on to learn how to beautify your body with honey and vinegar.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:
• Bottle of apple cider vinegar
• Sweet clover honey
• 1/3 cup salt
• 2 tbsp. sage
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 cup freshly picked strawberries
• 2 egg whites

Step 1
For soft, glowing skin beat an egg white until nice and frothy. Add a tbsp. each of sweet clover honey and vinegar. Apply to the face and neck. Let it dry completely. When dry, sponge off with cool water.
Step 2
Hair spray build up can be prevented by rinsing your hair regularly with 1 tbsp. of vinegar in a glass of water after each shampooing. This also helps with dandruff and scaling of the scalp.

Step 3
For a soothing bath, add 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup salt and 2 tbsp. sage to a tub of very warm water.

Step 4
Work 1 tbsp. olive oil into one cup of thoroughly mashed, freshly picked strawberries. Add 1/4 cup sweet clover honey. Use this mixture to revitalize the skin before bathing.

Step 5
Want more youthful skin? To sooth wrinkles from the face and neck, fold 1 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. vinegar into a lightly beaten egg white. Pat this solution on to clean skin and allow drying. Rinse with cool water.

Step 6
Do you like warm baths, but have a tendency to stay in them too long? This leads to dry skin and itching. Much of the harm of long baths can be overcome by adding 1/2 cup vinegar to the bath water. Do not rinse off.

Step 7
Use 1/4 cup of vinegar in the final rinse water when doing a perm to take the frizz out of a new perm. This also works to revive an old perm temporarily as well.
