Prepare the Crust
- Take nuts(nuts must be grounded) , butter,whole-wheat flour,sugar and salt and mix it together in any of food processor .
- Now Beat egg nicely and add oil, vanilla and almond extracts in a small bowl with it.Now stir it nicely until it becomes soft texture.
- Now add the mixture to the food processor. Wait until it clump. Measure out 1/2 cup of the mixture and combine in a bowl with the remaining 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
- Combine the Strawberry fruit, juice, sugar and cornstarch in a large saucepan. Keep it in medium heat for 10 min. stir it constantly, until the mixture becomes thick.
- Transfer it to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Spread the fruit filling over the crust.
