There are several causes of BP.Mostly BP has been seen in those people who Put on weight or loss weight very quickly.Another reason is Irregular exercise or no exercise.Today life has become so fast that to find some free time is very difficult so mostly people donot give too much importance to walk.Overeating can be a cause.Carelessness in eating for example no breakfast or only tea in breakfast and then heavy lunch and dinner.Today it is very common that people donot take seriously breakfast.Some people give no importance to breakfast or they just take tea in breakfast and then take heavy lunch and dinner.It also have been seen that some people have no timings of eating.Use of fatty,oily,salty things can be cause of BP.People have no idea that some food has how much fat or oil or energy or colesterol.Mostly people like meat.Excess of meat can be a cause because animals are of different types.Stress,tension,depression are also seen behind BP.Too much thinking or taking too much tension of problems can increase BP.Now it also has been obsereved that due to safety problems houses are made completely closed.Very short ways are made for fresh air so these also cause many diseases.Digestion problem can be a also cause of BP.
Precautions:
Most important is concern to a specialist doctor and use only those medicines which are prescriptised by Doctor.Check BP daily.It is not important that if you are a patient then you will check your BP.You should check your BP regularly.Now machines are available in market very easily.With the help of these machines everyone can check BP at home easily without any help.Weight should be control.Donot eat extreme.Excess of everything is bad.Donot skip breakfast.According to many theories breakfast is considered very important for body needs.Avoid stress.Try to be live happily.Keep brain cool.Control anger.Take regular exercise.Fresh air can also prevent BP.
Avoid fatty food.Use alot of water.Control colesterol level.
Take healthy diet like Curd,Milk,Uncooked vegetables like Carrot,Apple,Lemon,Ginger,Garlic,Bringle,Cucumber.
Use juices Specially Juice of Pomegranate.
Use low fat diet.
