Change your lifestyle
The first step to have a healthy and fit body is to change your lifestyle. You have to realize that nothing will ever change if you still keep your old habits such as buying junk foods, eating more than you should, and lazing up on exercises. All this must be changed in order for you to have the body that you have always wanted.
