Okay, if you are one of those women who only gained 15 pounds went you got pregnant, and then this isn't for you. See, I've been in pretty darn good shape my whole life - never overweight, worked out regularly and ate healthy. But damn! When I got pregnant I stayed on the regular exercise and healthy eating and still gained FIFTY POUNDS!!! I was shocked. I didn't feel fat, just pregnant. And I felt pretty darn sexy and womanly. And I thought for sure I would leave all that weight at the hospital. But I didn't. So here's some of what I learned about taking it off.

Things You’ll Need:
Patience
Self-discipline
Hope

Step1
Let your body heal. Whether a vaginal or c-section birth, your body needs to recuperate. This can be a heartbreaking time because you are really seeing your body for the first time without this awesome belly, and realizing UH OH, it is pretty far off from what you started from. That's okay. Give yourself time to heal and get into the rhythm of your baby.
Step2
Figure out the logistics of exercise. Everyone is different - you are staying at home, you are back at work, you have multiple kids. For each person, there is a plan. Trust me. It is just a matter of figuring out what works for you. A treadmill, a used jogging stroller, an old workout DVD.
Step3
Just 30 minutes. If you can give that to yourself everyday, that would be ideal. If you try for it everyday and wind up with 3-4 times a week, that's good. Finding time for you can feel impossible, but I promise, it's not. I come home from work and take my daughter for a walk for 20-30 minutes. It is my time to come down from the work day. 
Sometimes my husband will watch her in the morning so I exercise. I know you are exhausted. But here is the secret - exercising every day actually gives you more energy. Try it. You can live better on the 4-6 hours of sleep you are getting every night and the 10-12 hours your are working every day as a full time mom or working outside the home.
Step4
Take time to tone too. Burning off the fat is made all the easier by building muscle mass. And as much as we all wish we had the personal trainers and nannies of the Caleb moms, most of us don't. So to keep it simple. Start with 25 push ups and sit ups. Then tack on 5-10 more a week and work your way up to 100. If you can actually break away and take a yoga or toning class, the entire better.
Step5
Watch your eating. When you are pregnant, you are encouraged to indulge, and most of us do. But the good thing about eating during pregnancy is that you learn more about nutrition than ever before because you become hyper-aware of what you are putting into your body. Keep up this practice, because now you need to take care of you for YOU. Continuing to eat healthy, fresh foods without hydrogenated soybeans or refined sugar is great. Just cut the portions in HALF so you can ultimately burn more calories than you eat...the only sure-fire way to lose weight.
Step6
Give yourself time. Your body isn't going to look just like it did before you got pregnant right away. I've still got that last damn five pounds and my daughter is almost a year old. But I'm active, I'm healthy and I know I'll get there. You will too.

There are many foods that are especially beneficial for women. Here are ten of the healthiest foods you should eat more to feel and look better:

1. Yogurt
- Adequate intake of calcium is essential for building strong bones and keeps healthy. One of the best food sources of calcium is in yogurt.
Half cup (125ml) low fat yogurt contains about 240 mg of calcium, about a quarter of the recommended daily intake for most women.

2. Oysters- Oysters are often regarded as a healthy food, but the fact is that they are one of the best food sources of iron alone. Women, especially those of childbearing age who are menstruating, have greater need for iron and are at risk of iron deficiency anemia. In the body, iron helps carry oxygen to the blood cells to give them energy to work properly, and is especially important during pregnancy and lactation.


3. Salmon- Salmon may be well known for its exceptional omega-3 content, but also one of the best food sources of vitamin D. Vitamin D has gained some attention in recent years, thanks to a mounting body of evidence that may help prevent cancer, improve bone health and maintaining a healthy immune system.

4. Black beans- Black bean outnumber all other fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes with respect to the fiber. One cup (250 ml) of cooked black beans contains a whopping 13 grams of fiber, about half the recommended daily intake for women. With its rich color and creamy texture, black beans are a welcome addition to soups, stews and salads.

5. Cranberries- Cranberries may be best known for its deep crimson color and appearance in holiday meals, but also pack a powerful health of women. Cranberries contain compounds called anthocyanins, which have potent anti-infective properties, especially against urinary tract infections. Studies show that anthocyanins in cranberries help prevent urinary tract infection wrapping around the bacteria and prevent sticking to the wall of the bladder and urinary tract.

6. Spinach- Spinach is one of the best food sources of folate, a vitamin B that is especially important for women of childbearing age.
Half cup (125ml) of cooked spinach provides nearly half the recommended daily intake of folic acid for women. Other food sources of folate include black beans, chickpeas, beans, soya beans, lentils and asparagus.

7. Eggs- Eggs are one of the best dietary sources of riboflavin. Indeed, 2 large eggs contain about 0.5 mg of riboflavin, more than a quarter of the recommended daily intake for most women. Opt for whole eggs instead of egg whites, to reap more health benefits and maximize riboflavin.

8. Hazelnuts- Hazelnuts, like all nuts are high in calories - so you are best consumed in moderation. Replace other foods with high fat in your diet, such as chips, with a small group (60 ml or 30 g) of hazelnuts for a heart-healthy boost.

9. Green tea- Research shows that green tea may play a role in preventing breast cancer and ovarian cancer. One study found that women who consumed at least 5 cups of green tea a day were 22 percent less likely to develop breast cancer compared with women who drank less than one cup per day. Not only green tea can protect against some cancers, can also protect skin from signs of aging. Studies have shown that green tea can protect against the degradation of collagen and elastin, proteins that keep skin young, maintaining its elasticity and strength.

10. Soy - Soy appears to offer a range of health benefits for women. Studies show that women in Asian countries where soy is widely consumed tend to have much lower rates of breast cancer compared with the rest of the world. Many people blame eating out for the extra weight Americans now carry. Here are a number of ways to enjoy eating out without gaining weight.

Step1
Schedule the eating out for a lunchtime meal rather than an evening meal. Most restaurants serve a smaller meal at noon.

Step2
Know what foods are high fat and high calories and avoid those. If unsure, avoid fried foods and look for grilled, baked or boiled foods.
Step3
Look for a section of the menu named light fare or senior meals. These are usually smaller portions. Some menus allow a half serving as a choice from the regular menu. Also look for icons that rate certain menu items as heart healthy or low calorie.

Step4
Make a meal out of an appetizer. Often these are sizable enough to serve as an entree.

Step5
When indulging in something loaded with cheese and served on an oversize platter, take half of it home. Restaurants provide take-home containers. Make a lunch from the excess food another day.

Step6
Ask for substitutions if a meal comes with high-calorie sauces and side dishes. Ask the waiter if you can have steamed broccoli instead of broccoli with a cheese sauce. Ask for salad dressing served on the side, so you can put only the amount you want on the salad.

Step7
Split an entree with someone. Find a menu item you both like and ask the waiter if you can have an extra plate to share it. This saves calories and dollars.

Take a look on-line at the menu to pre select several healthy choices before going to the restaurant. Often they have one showing the nutritional information on various meals. Its not easy process but its best you take it if you want to look great and be comfortable with your lovely body. I will break it by days and what you should to on each day. Follow my way and share the result with me.

Day One
  • Breakfast - Just take a cup of tea or coffee without sugar plus some nuts like hand full. After half an hour start drinking water in small amounts but frequently. 

  • Lunch - The normal lunch you normally eat. But don't drink water immediately after eating; it has to be after half an hour. From that afternoon please don't eat anything but you keep on drinking water.

  • In the evening before 6pm eat fruits or vegetable only after that you eating are over on day one.

Wow! Sound easy. Not easy just get ready because on the second day you will start by exercising.
Day Two
·         Wake up at 6am start running around your home area or go somewhere, but you have to run for 1 hour, running slowly they call it jogging (trot). After that cool up for 15 min, then take a shower go for breakfast.
·         Breakfast – By this time you must be very hungry but this is not a reason for you to eat a lot. So just take a cup of coffee or tea without sugar plus one boiled egg.
·         Lunch – Yesterday you had a normal lunch right? Yes! So today you follow my way. Don’t eat any starch food or drink any sugary drinks like soda or juices. You can eat meat and fruits only and of course some water which you will start taking after half an hour after eating.  On this afternoon eat a lot of fruits like mango, apples and the like but don’t eat banana.
·         In the evening don’t forget you have to eat before 6pm. This evening just take a piece of brown bread, use honey if you need some sweet on it and you can drink a small amount of fresh milk just a small amount. After eating don’t run into your bed wait till like after 30 mins.

Second day is gone just like that 

Day Three
·         Wake up at 6am do the running for 30 minutes and do the set ups for 30 minutes. After that cool up for 15 min, then take a shower go for breakfast.
·         Just take a cup of coffee or tea, please no sugar.
·         Normal Lunch during the lunch time
·         At around 5pm go for exercising again on this third day – Do the running for 30 minutes and the set ups for 30 minutes
·         Vegetable only on your evening meal just before 6pm go to sleep after one hour. If you decide to drink some water please take warm water.
I know that your somehow feeling weak, Yes that means we are burning that belly fat. So just keep on holding.

Day Four
·         Please just the same as we did on our third day

Day Five
·         Wake up at 6am do the running for one hour and do the set ups for 30 minutes. After that cool up for 15 min, then take a shower go for breakfast.
·         Today just take the normal breakfast but it should include 1 boiled egg, two pieces of brown bread, one cup of milk – but I suggest you use honey as your sweetener.
·         Lunch – Eat a lot of fruits, just fruits right? … I know we are together, I took time to write this so don’t let me down my friend.
·         At 5pm start exercising , do some warm up a little bit and then start running for 45 minutes , do some set ups for 15 minutes and some rope jumping for 30 minutes. I know its tough but you hate that belly fat so let’s go.

Day Six
·         Please just do as we did yesterday on day five
Day Seven – The last day of our program right? It won’t be hard as it has been even at school the last day is always lazy.
·         Wake up at 6am do the running for 30 minutes and do the set ups for 30 minutes. After that cool up for 15 min, then take a shower go for breakfast.

  • Breakfast - Just take a cup of tea or coffee without sugar plus some nuts. After half an hour start drinking water in small amounts but frequently. 

  • Lunch - The normal lunch you normally eat. But don't drink water immediately after eating; it has to be after half an hour. From that afternoon please don't eat anything but you keep on drinking water.

  • At 5pm do some exercising like running, push ups, set ups, rope jumping

  • In the evening before 6pm eat fruits or vegetable

Day Eight –
